We worked hard to gather Limak Lara reviews, and it’s time for you to check it out now.
As the sun takes its place in the sky to warm up the earth, sea water, swimming pools, and our mood, it has caused us to wake up from winter and join to the spring.
We met with brand new guests from Europe to celebrate Easter 2019 to celebrate King’s day, and also leave a green nature to next generations we had tree planting.
23rd of April, we celebrated Turkish National Sovereignty and Children’s Day with all our kids staying with us and shared a meaningful moment or two.
The weather has been around +20 degrees and sea season has definitely been kicked off by our guests. Now let’s check what our April guests have said about Limak Lara Deluxe Hotel & Resort.
Limak Lara Reviews From Our Guests – April 2019
1- Great Hotel and Staff
Just returned from a 10 days break. We traveled with family so a total of 9 of us.
Booked a sea view room which consisted of a king size bed, a large single and a sofa bed. Walk-in wardrobe with plenty of space for the 4 of us. Tea and coffee facilities and a mini bar full and free!! Refilled every day. 2 robes in the very spacious bathroom but we think the cleaners must have mistaken 1 for a towel after a few days, so we were just left with one.
Cleaners came early! Hoovering the corridor before 9 each morning. But always left the room lovely.
Food – is plenty full the main restaurant zen was always busy but 2 snack bars around the pool each day for lunch was a great bonus after the first 2 days.
Open kitchen cooking in the 2 outdoor stations in the zen restaurant one mostly cooked chicken and kebab and the other a variety of Chinese and Indian cooked by a lovely chef.
It was hard to find a table for 9 was hard work, but we managed most days. Waiters worked hard, yes some don’t understand English very well but we are in their country, and they do try their best.
My teenager daughter has recently become a vegetarian but being a fussy eater anyway she didn’t have a great choice, but there was always vegetarian options.
Chickpea curry, lentil curry, cheese bar, pizza, pasta rice, salads, etc. She always found breakfast as the best choice.
Cakes and ice cream in the afternoon were great too.
Lots of new staff arrived in our last few days. Obviously ready for the summer season. There was a bit of maintenance going on, but it didn’t affect our stay.
Pool – we did have to get beds when towel station opened at 9 each morning otherwise we wouldn’t be able to be together. The pool isn’t heated and very cold, kids didn’t go in it much, which was a shame. We did use the indoor pool a few time.
Waiters on roller blades get your drinks around the pool, tip them, and they make sure you are not left long between drinks!
There was inflatable for the children a few days around the pool and a cocktail festival one day. Also, a foam party! Always a game before lunch in the pool. On our last day, the ice cream bar opened by the beach.
Sultan – we hired one for my nieces birthday we were waited on by Ramazan (said Burk on his badge though?!) He looked after us for the rest of our stay too, lovely man couldn’t do enough for us. Drinks, snacks, ice cream.
My only complaint is the sunbeds sit right in the water. Slightly raised would be better, so you don’t have to get a soggy bottom!
Entertainment- staff are great and not pushy, Merlin was very funny, and Rayan was very friendly and always said hello and remembered our family name saying Hello Mr. Smith to my husband every time.
First few nights the entertainment was inside, we had mini disco followed by a magic show, dancing, miss Limak Lara, etc.
After a few nights, the outside area open along with a firework display and disco… We think it was official officially the start of the season. It was a bit cold outside still though.
We wanted to keep our room on the last day and was told by 1 member of staff we could. Then when we went back after discussing it and spoke to another member of staff it was a defiant NO.
We managed to shower in the changing rooms by the pool bar though it was just a bit busy and stressful.
They did allow us to use all the facilities for the rest of the day as our flight wasn’t until 11.30pm.
Great hotel would defiantly recommend and would return.

4-Excellent Hotel and Entertainment
We are a family of 4, who stayed for a week.
This hotel is amazing, with amazing views of the sea.
The rooms are beautiful and cleaned daily.
The entertainment team were brilliant and made our holiday, special thanks to Onah, Volkan and Rian and Touge (the girl in the mini club).
They had a range of activities on both day and night to keep you entertained.
Shout out to Ramazan, who is an amazing waiter and lovely man. Nothing was too much trouble.
The food in the main restaurant was lovely, with a range of choices each day.
Overall, we had a fabulous time and will definitely return.

5- Perfect Easter Break
Arrived around 3pm after getting a private taxi from Antalya Airport, which cost just under £10 (65 Lira) – we used a Yellow taxi just outside the airport exit.
When we arrived at Limak Lara, we were told to sit down, and someone would come over and book us in. Waited 30 minutes or so, then realized they had forgotten about us.
We were told which room we were in, then left to find the room ourselves. The room number was 1120, a standard family room, which consisted of a double bed(very comfy), a single bed and a large sofa bed. The room was lovely.
There’s a large walk-in closet, and the bathroom has an amazingly large shower. Lots of toiletries are left and 2 robes and slippers.
The mini bar consisted of lots of soft drinks, which was great although a beer or 2 would have been good. The safe is also available to use, no instructions on how to use it but figured out you choose a 4 digit number then the #key.
We didn’t use the air con as the weather wasn’t really hot enough to. Although we did use the large ceiling fan, which was good. TV channels, just 3 English ones, all news!
It rained the first day while we were there and the indoor pool was very busy. I think the hotel was booked up as we went on Easter week. The food choices were great and lots of it. Displayed fantastically.
There are choices of eating elsewhere at the cost of 12 Euros, I cant comments on that as we didn’t bother. Breakfast wasn’t great, but I suppose it depends on what you like. Lots of bread, eggs, German sausage, chips, cereal, fruit, and cheeses, so you won’t go hungry.
Lunch/snacks are available from the snack bars, we always used the 2 at the bottom, near to the beach. They did things like kebab, chips, burgers, battered fish, salad, etc..
There’s also a Coffee shop, they do amazing cakes and biscuits, and that’s where the kid’s ice creams are.
Evening meal, was always busy, saying that, we always found a table within 5 minutes. Absolutely loads of choice of food and always really nice.
There’s a big mix of tourists, ranging from English, Russian, German, Turkish.
Having 2 teenagers, we struggled to get down to the pool before 11.30am, and by then the sunbeds were all gone, not sure if people were getting up at the crack of dawn for those.
However, we found a great spot every day on the beach veranda. Nice big cushioned comfy seats. With a great view of the beach and able to watch the watersports all day. Plus you got waiter service all day with the guys on roller skates.
Negatives
Cleaners just knock and walk in your room before 9am every morning. Although 2 days, we have left no clean towels, toilet roll, drinks.
I would definitely stay here again.

6- Easter Getaway
A wonderful break as a family of 8.
A very clean hotel, the food was endless, and the desserts were delicious.
The staff was friendly, although some were abrupt, which was due to the busy environment.
Taha was great, thanks for taking the time to talk to us.
Hard to find tables for big families during the busy times, so had to be patient and waiters were quick to clean and serve.
Exceptional services from Fukran and Sercon, who were always smiling and willing!
It was quite chilly in the evening so couldn’t stay long in the outdoor activities or use the outdoor swimming facilities but the indoor one did the job for the kids.
All the facilities were good, and the entertainment was okay.
We organized our excursion one in the hotel and one outside which was opposite the hotel run by Mohamed, who was very accommodating.

7- Awesome again
Stayed here 29th March till 5th April.
This was our 2nd time and was still fantastic. The staff, including cleaners to bell boys, waiters and bar staff, reception and guest relations.
The entertainment is so amazing so much going on for kids and adults. The hotel and grounds are immaculate.
The food is so good and plenty of choices. We also stayed at Limak Atlantis in Belek also an amazing hotel. We are definitely returning back to Limak Lara in the near future.
Big shout out to Mamhet from entertainment we had big fun at archery.
“Bravo Nothing” I even won the medal haha.
Thanks for all at Limak Lara, c u in the future.

8- Would Love to Visit Again
Amazing Staff and Rooms, very friendly.
The food is AMAZING, the waiter Hilal was so friendly, bubbly, and kind.
They’re very good with kids. The slides are amazing and their night shows are so nice.
You can stay at the hotel the whole day and never get bored cause they have so much going on.
Everything is so lively. Don’t forget to check out their dance shows at 9pm.
Everything at the buffet was full of flavor and really tasty.

9- Excellent Hotel, Service and Lovely Food
Stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks as a family of 4 (2 children 11 + 8) and what a pleasure it was !!!
The hotel is well maintained, clean, and very family friendly.
The food is the best in all of ANTALYA. Chef Vijay loved his Indian dishes and a very good guy.
The evening grill chef also a great guy (sorry forgot his name). All waiters are very helpful as well.
The entertainment was good at the Fujiyama hall, but later one at the oasis bar was not very appealing also as we stayed for two weeks on the 2nd week the entertainment was a repeat of what we had already seen.
If anything I would possibly say to have more variety of family orientated entertainment, especially if guests like us stay for 2 weeks.
The kids loved the mini disco held every night, which is repetitive but ok for kids. The games room was good but expensive.
Lovely pools outside, leading to the beach. 1st Foam party of 2019 was awesome.
Overall I would say a very good hotel, especially for families.
Will visit again !!!!

10- Animation Team
This is our first time staying in the Limak Lara. We actually came from the Concorde Hotel next door, after seeing from the beach the lively entertainment going on.
Since we came to this hotel, the animation team and all other members of staff have been amazing. Emi, Onur, Wolkan, and Tugce are all a significant asset to the hotel.
They went above and beyond to make sure our kids and we had a great and fun filled holiday.

11- Very Good Family Reset
It was a perfect hotel. The staff of restaurants and bars are the king of this hotel.
They are patient, hardworking, and accurate. Maybe some housekeeping staff should upgrade themselves with other hotel capabilities.
The reception staff is excellent and terrific. They changed our booking to a higher level. I sincerely thank you for their kindness.
Limak is Great place to stay. Location is perfect, just a 20 minute, 65 TL, from the airport.
Pools are magnificent. High chances for your children. Air condition is excellent.
That was an excellent stay.

12- 2nd Stay from the Akram Family
We stayed at Limak Lara last year April, and because the children really enjoyed it, we booked it again. The hotel is clean, and there is a plentiful choice for everyone. Even for the fussy eaters.
It was still winter concept when we arrived this time, so a few things were missing which we had last year. Like the ice cream and crepes stuff from the beach bar, which we really missed.
But there was ice cream for the kids in the patisserie every day and also sometimes in the zen restaurant. Last year there was no Laila restaurant outside, but this year there was, and the food was beneficial.
They had chips, burgers, pasta, chicken donner, and also fish and chips. The food was yum. I looked forward to my lunch every day.
They had a foam party one afternoon, which the kids really enjoyed. The weather was ok, and we did have rain one day, which isn’t the hotel’s fault. Even though I found the outside pools to be very cold, kids played in them and enjoy all the water slides.
We had a family suite (2111) with two bathrooms, two balconies one which led straight out into a pool. Our room also had a jacuzzi, which was an added bonus. Rooms were cleaned daily, and mini fridge restocked.
One afternoon while I was enjoying my cup of coffee and a tiramisu cake (which was yum!) Taha from guest relations came to our table to ask how our stay was and if there were any issues. He also noted down if we had any ideas or suggestions to make the hotel better.
Which we found really helpful that our feelings do matter. Taha was charming and friendly and said several times to us that if there is an issue while we were there to come to his office.
The staff makes this hotel outstanding from the luggage man to the restaurant staff. There was a waiter who is a credit to the hotel his name is Erhan. The way he spoke was so friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for him.
The only little issue this time was the kids club was short staffed. This time we felt 7 days went too fast and are already looking to book for next year. Next time we want to come for longer.
We also received the Limak Lara elite card which you get if you have returned to the hotel as a thank you gesture. The main thing was you get 50% off A la carte meals.
We want to say a big thank you to the whole of the Limak Lara team for making our stay enjoyable again hope to see you again next year.
From the Akram family.

13- Excellent Service from all the Staff
Just returned from a beautiful holiday at Lamak Lara. Food is excellent and plentiful, with enough choice for everyone, whatever your tastes are.
The hotel was clean, and the maid cleaned the room every day and topped the mini bar up. The indoor pool was a godsend for the kids as the weather was a mixed bag over the week.
Service was second to none from all the Staff especially from Gulten, Ramazan Karatas and Burak, in fact, it’s because of the Staff, we are returning again next year!
Gulten was close to my wife throughout the holiday, and nothing was too much trouble.
Truly a five-star hotel, make time for the patisserie in the afternoon, a peaceful place to enjoy all sorts of cakes and fancies, all inclusive of course, you could well be in a quaint English tea room.

14- 5 Star Limak Lara
Where do I start with this hotel? The best hotel I have ever stayed in, such a family-friendly hotel we had the best time ever.
The entertainment team were excellent and were really friendly, the reception staff was accommodating if you had a problem.
Especially Darina and Burcu always greeted you with a smile, and we’re always happy to help…
The room cleaners were amazing. My room number was 1124, and the cleaner on that floor was fantastic.
Even the safe and minibar in your room was free, which we have never had in any other previous hotels stays around Turkey.
The nightlife in the hotel is nice and relax fully. The food was really excellent and lots of choices available.
The most important thing for me was that the hotel was spotless. I would say, excellent standards to maintain it’s cleanness.
The WiFi was excellent to say how many ppl would be connected to the server at once, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to go away to Turkey with a family.
I would definitely be rebooking again, Ibrahim from the arcade section, what a nice guy always smiling and enjoying mixing in with his customers entering his place.

15- 10th Wedding Anniversary Stay
Firstly I must apologize for a late review. We were a family of 4, with a baby on the way, with the baby’s arrival, we had to push back this review.
This holiday to Turkey was booked by my husband, in June 2018. This was our first time to Turkey, and we booked upon viewing the best-reviewed hotels.
Limak Lara Deluxe has really high rates amongst the hotel booking sites.
This holiday was to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. My husband was able to contact the hotel and paid extra for decorations for the room, i.e. flowers, beverage, a framed picture of us. He emailed the hotel reception.
He had asked for a list of price upgrades which were unavailable at the time of the initial booking. The prices he felt were somewhat exceeding the budget (This hotel is not a cheap place to stay) so did not proceed with any upgrades.
Hotel’s exterior wasn’t overwhelming, upon arrival at the hotel, around 1.20am. However, the inside was clean, modern, and contemporary. Quite deceptively spacious.
The reception staff greeted and informed us that they will upgrade our room.
Which was absolutely astonishing and very much appreciated! The upgrade was a family room with hot tub. Our bags were taken to be delivered to our room.
We were told about the restaurant is open with limited food but nonetheless open with soups and some desserts.
We highly appreciated this as we were famished upon arriving. The restaurant was large and clean. The food was good.
Traveling to our room after was quite a walk, the hotel is vast I should add. You can get lost.
Using the provided keycard, we entered a beautifully decorated and filled hot-tub! Pleased with our room and also the stocked free mini fridge.
The room was big and spotless, plenty of towels. The bathroom was a little snug, but okay to use. There was a big flat screen and safe, along with the phone. A good air conditioning system was available. That was needed in the heat we arrived in.
The morning came, and we got to the restaurant for a buffet breakfast. There was a vast selection of food, cooked meals, for example, omelets, sausages, eggs, pancakes also pastries.
Everything was fresh and plentiful. Good servers available, they kept busy by turning tables and serving.
We ventured outside, the amount of pools this hotel has is shocking! Very spoilt for choice -With slides and different depths. Lots of activities going on throughout the day, e.g., foam party. The beach is small but clean and private.
Lunch and dinner, the food was exceptional, always different cuisines and fresh food. Always re-stocked and clean. There were shows in the evening, such as plays and discos too. There is actually not a reason to leave the hotel at all!
We truly loved this hotel.
The bar staff was terrific Ali- was great! Fantastic younger server at dinner service – tall thin chap – he never hesitated in serving us. Which I found some servers lacked – presumably because we are of Asian origin.
This seems to be a constant theme in Arab countries. A big turn off for us, but this young server salvaged our opinion of servers!
Overall a beautiful hotel and fantastic experience. I would not hesitate on returning.
10/10 Thank you Limak Lara Deluxe!

16- Crazy, Nice Holiday
We stayed in Limak Lara from March 26 to 4th April.
Except for one day of rain; we had beautiful weather with 3 full sunny days that we could use outside the pool and sunbathe.
The food was fantastic, and the staff was accommodating and always willing to help. Although we were off-season, there was still evening entertainment for guests, with various shows every night.
Special thanks to the animators, in particular to Volkan and Emi. Thank you also Nazari cleaner girl.
I definitely recommend this hotel and would like to visit again!

17- Entertainment Team & Restaurant
Fantastic holiday, fantastic hotel. The setting and everything was perfect.
I wanted to point out a few people though, that made our holiday even better than we thought it would be.
Firstly the entertainment team is fantastic Rayen, Onher, Vulkan, really went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. You can see that they take pride in their work. So thank you.
My daughter attended the Mini club most days, and Tugca was brilliant with her. She always made sure that Aimee was always having fun.
If you are considering the Hotel and have food allergies, then please do not worry. I am coeliac, had no problem with food at all in the main restaurant. I never got ill once on this holiday, which is rare, trust me.

It was wonderful. it was the best hollidays I’ve ever had. very good entertainment and very good food?. I loved the parties at the sports bar. Super animators, they danced with everybody and Ali danced with me, which was really fun. I want to come back there soon??
Glad you enjoyed Aileen! Nice to have you.
Just back from our second stay at this fantastic hotel. We got an amazing free upgrade to a family suite with direct access to the pool. Everything about this hotel is excellent, I cannot fault anything. All the staff were amazing and friendly. They all work so hard. When we go back next year I’m going to make sure I take more money so I can leave more tips. Food was fantastic, entertainment great, the girls in the mini club were outstanding with the children. Everywhere was so clean and well maintained. The only small criticism I can find is I think the moving of the the ice cream to inside the hotel was a bad idea. Think it should have been kept outside. We have been to many hotels along Lara beach and this is the only one we have been to twice. Can’t wait to go back.
