Welcome to Limak Atlantis Reviews for April 2019. April is the harbinger of spring and summer season. We had fun and happy times with our guests with the warm weather and the coolness of the occasional April rains. We opened our outdoor units, and we said hello to summer. Our scaffolding opened for guest use.

Our most meaningful activity was planting trees in the memorial forest, which took place with the participation of our permanent guests from all Limak Hotels. We planted nearly 300 olives and pine trees in the Limak memorial forest in Serik, Antalya with approximately 150 guests. We would like to thank all our nature-loving guests who helped to plant with us. So glad we have you, so happy you are a member of Limak Hotels.

Limak Atlantis Reviews From Our Guests – April 2019

1- An Excellent Family Stay

Hi, I’ve just returned from a one week stay All Inclusive at the Limak Atlantis.

It’s an excellent hotel, and we had a fantastic stay. Super clean, recently renovated, lots of space, multiple pools, lots of restaurants and places to eat, backs on to the beach and sea, and friendly and helpful staff.

There was plenty of space, sunbeds, and seats at the restaurants. There were queues at the bar at pinch points, and the all inc drinks did taste a little weak, but no bother – just order doubles!

Drinks become chargeable after midnight, and the beer glasses were on the small side. Plenty of variety for food, and options where to eat.

There is no action outside the hotel, and you’ll need to take a taxi to Belek central 3-6 euros. Taxis by the meter are cheaper than pre-agreed prices. All those I took were honest and friendly.

We spend a day at Land Of Legends – £31 a ticket via Thomas Cook which is a reasonable price. It was a great day out. Took a bus (3 of them!) to Duden Waterfalls and a taxi back. Don’t waste your time with the busses – its a pain and consumes a lot of time.

Would definitely return and recommend to others.

2- Fantastic

Have been here for three days now and can only say, what a fantastic establishment it is.

The staff very friendly and courteous, the food layout and cleanliness excellent and the surroundings with its quiet areas great.

My only gripe is there are a lot of Dutch kids that the parents are letting run riot if you come on holiday with your kids, then supervise them, please. Rant over will come back without a doubt.

3- My second home

My 5th visit to this particular resort, and as always, this hotel never disappoints.

The continuity of the friendly staff and the amazing atmosphere is something I have not experienced anywhere else.

I would like to thank all the Entertainment team for all the hard work they put in each and every day to ensure we had the best possible holiday. The bar and restaurant staff were as attentive as always, and the personal waiter service from Eren around the pool was greatly appreciated.

This hotel never fails to amaze me with how much they can do for you, especially with being returning guests; the personal touches that the hotel staff goes to is second to none and is just one of the many reasons this hotel is so highly recommended.

I would like to thank all the Limak Atlantis staff for another incredible holiday, and I shall see you all in 85 days.

4- Loraine & Cara Hyde

This is my seventh time staying here in this fantastic hotel. Every time I stay here, I am welcomed with open arms.

The hotel itself is superb, they cater for everything you can ever need. I booked this particular trip with just my daughter as wanted to have quality time away with her, (her 5th visit) she gets on with every member of the team, and they treat her like family.

Every single person here plays such an important part of making this hotel a truly enjoyable one, they go out of their way to assure you have everything you need and this is such a family affair- each one wears their badge with pride.

It’s faultless to me and has already booked to go to The Limak Cyprus in May and back to this hotel in July with friends. I love this hotel (my second home!), and I don’t have one bad word to say about any member of staff.

I salute you all for the continuous hard work you all play a huge part in making it the outstanding Hotel it is for us to enjoy.

5- Limak Atlantis Deluxe Hotel

Brilliant hotel, all the staff were very attentive. Staff very polite. Waiters constantly filling up empty wine glasses! Food was lovely, it is always a bit samey for all-inclusive, but it was lovely.

The swimming pool was freezing, but all pools abroad seem to be freezing. The indoor pool was lovely.

Beds were really comfortable- the best beds we have slept in abroad.

Weather was lovely for April 19-25 centigrade Evenings can be cool..Really clean hotel. Maids cleaned room really well. Didn’t hear of any illnesses.

No problems getting a sunbed though it was busy. Didn’t try entertainment but shows always looked busy. Free bottles of water and contents of fridge constantly replenished. Not noisy in our part of the hotel.

We would definitely go back to this hotel and heard of other people who have been back a few times. We had a fantastic holiday.

6- Trip to Turkey

We had a lovely week away. The hotel was spotless.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Kadir Akin (see picture below) who always wore a smile and the waiter who was in charge of the Italian al a carte, he was very attentive.

The hotel was in a good location, only £6 euro taxi to Belek. The outdoor pool was very cold; however,, the indoor pool was lovely and warm. The spa services were an added bonus. The food choice was varied and of good quality.

The guest relations were quite unhelpful, we wanted to play golf, and they did not seem bothered to book this for us, so we booked independently. Thomas Cook only offers all-inclusive until May then you get ultra all inclusive, this stopped us from having access to certain alcoholic drinks and cocktails, fresh orange juice and other faculties.

This should be advised more clearly from the hotel and Thomas Cook. We have never had this before and have stayed in Turkey several times.

Overall it was a lovely stay, but I would be more conscious to check about the ultra all inclusive before I book in the future.

7- Perfect!

Got back last night after staying here for 11 nights with a break in between to visit family in Turkey then went back here for one night, staff helped us so much as my husband dislocated his shoulder whilst on holiday and the staff could not be more helpful, they really went out of their way to look after us!

The hotel is spotless, well run, and we had no negatives at all, staff so friendly from cleaners to waiters and they loved that spoke Turkish to them (my husband is originally from Turkey) they made us so welcome.  Food amazing, lots of variety, pools and slides such good fun, afternoon tea, and ice cream were a real treat. We hired a beach cabana, and this was just brilliant, our waiter was so helpful and friendly, our daughter was 18 while we were here and the staff decorated our door, the head waiter gave her a beautiful birthday cake and made her day extra special!

The entertainment team was great fun, we loved darts with slim and Burak!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely return. Definitely visit the Turkish a la carte restaurant!

8- Amazing Hotel

This hotel was fantastic for us all.
Something for us all to do. Daily activities for adults ranging from yoga to archery.

1. Food – we paid for an all inclusive holiday. Soft drinks, coffees, hot dogs and chips, etc. At the beach and pool bar, we’re all included in the price. Barbeques every day and ice cream for the kids both at dinner and in the afternoon. Great variety and tastes ?

2. Kids- really really great staff at the kids club made our stay so much better as the kids loved going to the kids club and joining in the activities. Play area and pool inside meant there were lots to do for the kids who didn’t want to play the games for the day. Not forgetting the kids club disco afterward at the hall.

3. 4/5 pools and indoor pool heated in April. As there is so much variety, it never gets boring. Stunning looking pools too, with bridges and Lilly pads, etc.

Most importantly, the staff were amicable and made our stay pleasurable.

9- Great Family Holiday

I am currently at the Limak Atlantis on a 2 week family holiday for Easter 2019 with three kids of 10, 7 and 6.

I read some of the negative reviews before arriving and as such was a little worried, but the hotel and resort have been first class.

It’s definitely a 5-star hotel. The rooms are modern and spacious, we have a one bedroom family suite, and it can more than accommodate a family of 5.

The pools are also excellent, with loads of outdoor pools, flumes, and access onto a beach along with an indoor pool. The food is of a good standard, Plentiful and varied. The staff is helpful and friendly.

I would definitely recommend this hotel for a family holiday.

10- Best Family Holiday Ever!

We are a family of 5 with 3 children under 9.
Stayed for 10 days early Apr 19
Would definitely return to this hotel.

ACCOM: Great start with a free upgrade from the family room to a duplex. Very clean and modern and The cleaner came every day. Very Minor complaint that there is not enough drawer space for clothing, esp for a family of 5. we were in the main building floor 5, and it was nice and quiet.

FOOD: My children have allergies, and the restaurant staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They made them their own food when required, and it was always no problem and done with a smile. Huge choice, fresh and hot. A massive plus for me was that the staff took my allergy concerns seriously and made for lovely relaxed meal times for me!

ENTERTAINMENT: Kids Club is on every day and has a varied program of activities. The staff are so good with the children and speak lots of languages. The evening shows start shortly after the kid’s disco and it’s family friendly, and most families stayed for these as well. The time difference meant they finished by 8pm UK time. Great for tired little ones. There is also a small arcade downstairs which you pay for but was useful as a one-off.

POOLS: Outside areas well maintained and clean. Great indoor pool for cooler days and good outdoor ones. They are freezing at this time of year though! There are slides, but these were only open when the weather was good and a lifeguard avail. The only downside for us was the lack of a decent outdoor shallow kids pool.

There is one in the kids club undercover and one just outside the indoor pool but I would have been nice to have had one by the main kid’s area/playpark/slides were parents could have sat on sun loungers around it. There is a shallower one at the slides, but you have to swim through a deep bit to get to it!

STAFF: All the staff was very professional, helpful and friendly only exception to this for me was the bar staff who couldn’t seem to raise a smile.

11- Great Hotel

If you are looking for an enjoyable family holiday and then some, then this is the place for you.

All staff is helpful and friendly; however,, guest relations and entertainment staff are exceptional.

You will find a broad range of activities, and for that little bit of luxury, there is a spa. The beach pavilions are a treat for the family, having a butler service for the day serving food and drinks while overlooking the beautiful beach is extraordinary.

Rooms are clean, and the housekeeping staff works hard to keep it that way during your stay. The bar staff is hardworking and friendly. It’s our 4th visit to this hotel, and we’ll definitely be returning.

Tips

1. Book a Turkish bath on arrival at guest relations to keep the tan your going to get.

2. Your TV is in the mirror.

3. Get involved with the activities as soon as you can to make the most of your stay.

4. The restaurant is on the 1st floor accessed by lifts or stairs.

5. Book pavilion at guest relations for the day it’s lovely.

6. Reps are based up the corridor from guest relations, but you probably won’t need them until it’s time to get your pick up time as guest relations are excellent.

7. If you’re into table tennis, buy a ping pong ball from the little shop.

8. The hairdressers also do pedicures, and they are excellent.

9. The mini bar is replenished daily at no additional charge.

10. You can pay for a Turkish bath or use the facilities yourself for free.

12- Great Position by the Beach

We came here at the end of March, a family of 4 – 2 kids under 4. The staff is amiable and a credit to the hotel.

The hotel grounds are very well kept, and you won’t spot any litter or any unsightly areas within the hotel. Although our children were too young for kids club, the team were amiable and worked hard to look after everyone.

You will find the staff work very hard and are always on hand for information. The evening entertainment for kids and adults is of a good standard, and you won’t get bored, they have a great team to keep you entertained.

The food choices are vast and varied. My only problem was that there was a lot of beef products that none of us eat. Other than that, there were plenty of other choices and grilled fish, rotisserie chicken every day. All tasty and fresh.

13- Welcome to Cockaigne!

A big well-educated staff, always friendly and carrying!

We booked with Tui Netherlands all inclusive and received an ultra all inclusive bracelet.

Our room was newly refurbished. WoW, the tv integrated into the mirror! The safe and aircon were easy to use. The minibar was filled with non-alcoholic drinks every day. Every day the room was inspected before housecleaning came in. Even the cotton swabs were filled up every day. Never had a room clean like this.

We used the fitness every day. Sauna is good and all inclusive.

The meals at the buffet at the main restaurant are delicious, all freshly made, healthy, best quality. So much choice you cannot taste them all. Food is available 24/7. You can get water bottles everywhere.

There are several areas inside and outside where you can relax. The disco is in the basement and enough space to dance. Entertainment is available if you like.

They are lovely with kids. During our stay, the population was various. Old and young couples, families, singles with or without children. Different nationalities and cultures. Limak delivers proven concept!

14- Fantastic Hotel

Came here for 10 days with my husband and 2 children. Check-in was really quick and easy. Kids club was brilliant, all entertainment team put you at ease and they are so friendly. All staff, they give 110% considering the long hours they work, nothing is too much trouble.

Dining room staff very attentive and helpful. Managers always smiling, and friendly. The food was Okay still found something to eat. Children struggled a bit with being such fussy eaters, but they do burger and nuggets in the daytime at the beach bar.

All in all, great holiday looking forward to coming back in September ??
